‘Getting Started with Christian Mindfulness’ is a 4 week course led by Catriona Anderson and Amy Pickering. We first ran the course in October/November 2019 and received very positive feedback. There were a number of people who wished to attend the course but were unable to make it so we are going to run it again, this time on a different evening.
Mondays 7pm – 8pm
17th & 24th February and 2nd & 9th March in the small hall.
Each week we will cover some theory and benefits of Christian mindfulness, practice a couple of meditations, one of which will be based on a bible verse or verses, and we will finish with an opportunity for discussion and feedback.
There is an expectation that attendees would practice the meditations between sessions (approx. 20mins/day).
