‘Getting Started with Christian Mindfulness’ is a 4 week course that will be led by Catriona Anderson and Amy Pickering.
Thursdays 6.30pm – 7.30pm
24th & 31st October and 7th & 14th November in the small hall.
Each week we will cover some theory and benefits of Christian mindfulness, practice a couple of meditations, one of which will be based on a bible verse or verses, and we will finish with an opportunity for discussion and feedback.
There is an expectation that attendees would practice the meditations between sessions (approx. 20mins/day).
