This Sunday we are delighted to have Kyle Anderson and Lewis Ralston of 1st Loanhead Boys Brigade hosting a fundraising lunch after church for Project Stedfast, the project that built a School and Disabled Centre In Kenya.
In October this year, Kyle and Lewis, along with fellow senior boys and officers from from 5th Livingston, 51st Bonnyrigg and 41st Edinburgh Companies, will make the journey to Oloolua as they mark the 140th Anniversary of The Boys’ Brigade in Scotland and 18 years since volunteers on the project first visited the people of Oloolua.
After our teas and coffees, there will be a short presentation about Project Stedfast before a soup lunch is served. Kyle and Lewis would welcome any donation you are able to make towards their fundraising for the October trip to Kenya. Please stay after the service and support our young men in their voluntary work.
If you are unable to stay on Sunday you can click here to read about the project.
